Method. One row per die pad (dp), one line per CoB session — the latest session per CoB; all 100 latest sessions are PASS with no OPEN pads, so every flag is statistical, not a bond failure.
  • Curves: per-session voltage vs sweep point on a log x-scale. STD pads: vr at 10/100/1000 µA (56 pads). CAP pads: vrs at charge times 156/312/1250/10 000/20 000 µs (8 pads, marked C in the map).
  • Per-point table: five-number summary (min / Q1 / median / Q3 / max) of each sweep point across the 100 sessions.
  • Outlier rule: per pad, key metric = vr @ 1 mA (STD) or vrs @ 20 ms (CAP) across sessions; fences at Q1 − k·IQR / Q3 + k·IQR with the multiplier k selectable above (default 1.5, the classic Tukey fence; raise k for wider fences). Flagged sessions are drawn red with ring markers and listed per pad.
